About Me! Who Am I?

Hi I’m Dana Kay, board certified holistic health and nutrition practitioner, two times best selling author and the founder of The ADHD Thrive Method AKA Fighting ADHD Symptoms with Food & a Natural Approach. But most importantly I am a mom with a son who has ADHD and I have been there.
 
Back in the day, I felt like I was spinning out of control. I would have given anything to be in control over my son’s symptoms, the hyperactivity, the explosive emotions, the tantrums, the anxiety and the constant stress and chaos they created in our home. I just wanted to feel in control, feel happy and feel confident that I knew how to help him and his symptoms so our family could thrive. 
 
Fast forward to today, with my firsthand experience and  education, I have been able to create a peaceful ADHD  free home using simple and practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I am so passionate about sharing the knowledge so other families just like mine can thrive.
